Some of you may already know Captain EO is rumored to return to the Disneyland Resort very soon. Those Disneyland Obsession people that have a few years under their belt will most likely know who Captain EO is. But for those that have never seen the show, here is a clip to introduce you to Michael Jackson as the character Captain Eo. It is a 3-D film that Michael collaborated on for the Disneyland Resort and shown in the 1980s to 1990s in the Magic Eye Theater in Tomorrowland. The film is slated to return February 2010.
So sit back, put your Ears on, and watch this old favorite from the past, that had an almost cult following.
Here is a list of attractions that are currently closed in both parks for the month of February 2010.

I’ve said before that Disneyland is a great place to be when it rains. All you have to do is BE PREPARED! Whenever you are facing the possibility of rain, just be sure you have your rain suit or poncho with you. You can keep one of those emergency ponchos in your pocket or backpack, step into an area that gives you time to cover up, and head back to the attractions. I personally prefer the rain suits because they cover your lower legs, and when the wind blows your legs and feet will get wet with the poncho. Rain by itself will never dampen any trip to Disneyland, as long as you can stay warm and dry. So be prepared, and enjoy. Rainy days alway send people running for home, which leaves the Park quiet and easy to move around. I admit that the rain this last few days, would probably stop all but those who are Disneyland Obsessed, maybe even me,but if your tuff enough, clever enough you can still have a great day at the Park.

This is an article I’ve wanted to share for some time, about the entertainment on Pirate’s Lair , the former Tom Sawyer Island. We had wanted to explore the Island after it was turned into Pirate’s Lair. Not knowing exactly what to expect we boarded the raft and made our journey to the Lair. We had done some looking around and had already discovered some of the many treasures hidden amongst the rocks caves and trees. When we made our way around to the side of the Island that is the stage area for Fantasmic, we were surrounded by Pirates, but we were not in any danger of being captured, except by the Pirates musical charm.
Heres a little of what we saw.
The whole thing was great fun, something everyone should do with the little ones, as you saw in the video they do have fun and a lasting memory of their visit with the Pirates.
