The days are getting warmer, the sun is shinning longer, and the summer season will be in full swing soon. Kids will be getting out of school, and families will begin making those long awaited vacation plans. For many families that trip will be to Disneyland in Anaheim California. This summer promises to be full of excitement, with all of the new and refurbished attraction open in June of 2011.

First will be completely re-designed Star Tours, which will take Park guest on several different interstellar adventures, all in 3D.
This attraction has been going through a major refurbishment, that has taken many months, and it is anticipated to be one of those rides with lines that will never end. The Queue for this ride is currently arranged all the way over in front of Minnie’s Kitchen. I suggest that you plan on seeing this ride latter in the summer, or right after school starts to avoid long lines.

The second attraction that has be long waited for in The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure. This ride has been constructed in Disney California Adventure Park, right across from the Lagoon. The early peek into the ride show that once again, Disney has created an attraction that is sure to please fans of Ariel and all her friends, with an audio and visual spectacle. This attraction is scheduled to open June 2011.
